An enviable opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Contracts lawyer to join the team and work closely with the General Manager. You will be involved in the negotiation and drafting of a range of agreements with a focus on Master Service Agreements, Infrastructure and Software Agreements and Facilities Management Agreements. You will ensure that all agreements are in compliance with company policy and the relevant legislation and you will assist the business with all project based work.



To be considered for this role you will have 3-5 years experience as a Commercial Contracts Manager with strong negotiation and drafting skills. Candidates with an IT background will be highly regarded.
