Client is Commercial sub-contractor working on projects varying from just 20k to circa $5million. As result of member of staff leaving they are urgently looking to appoint a capable CAD technician / Draftsperson to work as part of their head office team



The role will involve working closely with the Estimating Department to produce Auto CAD Drawings that are used by the Construction teams on site as well as being used as the basis of the cut lists by the manufacturing teams to produce the building blocks required on the job



Ideal candidate will have experience working for a construction related company to produce technically detailed drawings using AutoCAD software. Any experience of working with Estimating systems or manufacturing teams will be looked upon favourably.



In return client is willing to offer good salary. Probably in region of $55-60k plus super depending on experience. They are offering a long-term career opportunity and while keen to have a start as soon as possible, they are also determined to have the right person in this role as it is one of the key positions within the company
