An incredible opportunity has just become available to join and a leading Pharmaceutical organisation based in North Ryde. Reporting in to a dynamic and driven manager who is looking to mentor and support long term career aspirations.



Supporting a fast paced sales team you will be responsible for liaising with different departments, collecting and reporting data and entering it onto the system. You will be working to meet office deadlines and ensure that all standards and targets are met. Customer facing you will be involved in educational programs and building lasting and profitable relationships. Driving the order process and supporting the internal sales team you will be escalating and driving resolutions to ensure delivery. This is a newly created role with long term career potential within the industry, and exciting and rare opportunity to receive training within a global market leader.



To be successful in this role you will ideally be a recent graduate in a science field with customer service experience. You will be driven, ambitious and analytical with outstanding communication and IT skills. Previous experience using SAP or similar system will be advantageous but the ability to pick up new programs and follow procedures will be essential. National and international travel may be occasionally required for training and development purposes.
