The client is a long-established, leading multi-disciplinary building consultancy practice with a main focus on providing professional technical services to the built environment. We have teams of building surveyors, project managers, building compliance experts and architectural staff who collectively underpin this consultancy's stellar reputation



The ideal candidate will posses a NDAT or similar qualifications with a good knowledge of the relevant NZ building codes and standards. A minimum of 5 years NZ experience in residential and commercial design/documentation and also a background in weathertightness and remedial design would be beneficial. Experience with meeting clients to receive a brief and presenting ideas/concepts is necessary as is a proficiency in ArchiCAD. You should posses good organisation and people skills.
