My client is a well established financial services organisation that is looking for an experienced Operational Planning Manager to join their complaints function in Northampton.



As a Operational Planning Manager your will be responsible for running and improving capacity planning process in Consumer Affairs, providing forecasts in relation to volume, productivity, performance and FTE across our different sites, suppliers and process. Your role will be to Deliver insight into the impacts of performance on FTE and capacity on a monthly basis. Work with cost management to define key outputs from demand plans to align forecast model KVD insight. Forecast and track key metrics to ensure divergence from plan is remediated in a timely manner.



Essential Experience

Must have Operations Planning experience within a banking or a financial services organisation (this must be evident on your cv)

Must have financial planning process experience within a large banking or a financial services organisation
