As a recent college graduate JAVA Developer,

Job Description:

Perform as a J2EEdeveloper with responsibilities including requirements gathering, design, prototyping, development, and testing. Provide production support of the software applications. Work closely with senior J2EE developers to grow in technical and interpersonal skills

Due to client requirements, we can only consider candidates who are US citizens and those that can obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.

Due to budget constraints we can only consider candidates who are local to the Kansas City, MO area OR willing to relocate without assistance from HP.

Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:



Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience. May include highly experienced individuals performing entry-level equivalent work who are non-degreed or degreed in an unrelated field.

• Recently graduated from college between MAY 2013 and JUN 2014.


• Work with business analysts and subject matter experts to understand and document business requirements.


• Create test plans and test cases and maintain traceability to requirements.


• Design and document technical solutions to business problems.


• Analyze requirements and propose changes to data model as required by design.


• Construct browser-based web applications using Java/J2EE.


• Develop comprehensive automated unit tests for all software developed.


• Respond to problems by researching issues and developing a solution to the problem.


• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
