Hays Construction are currently working in partnership with a very large developer who are due to commence construction on a massive residential project in Sydney CBD over the next few months. As the project planning gets finalised they are now in a position to employ an experienced contract administrator to join their project team in managing a very competent building company. This company have 4 other projects in Sydney due to commence over the next 4 years and can offer their staff a long term career with a unique company.



As contract administrator you will be responsible for managing the commercial relationship with your builder on a day to day basis. From reviewing and updating the master project program to managing headcontract variations you will be a key part of a team which will build a landmark project in the CBD. You will be working in partnership with the main contractor's commercial team ensuring your employer's commercial interest is protected and accurate commercial records are produced and maintained.



The ideal candidate is a highly experienced contract administrator/QS who is looking to move from a builder to a developer environment. Ideally with at least 5 years experience behind you in the industry with reputable builders you are a competent and organised administrator with a strong commercial focus. Fitting in well with your project team you enjoy the experience of working on a busy large project and thrive in a commercially driven environment. A degree in construction management or similar is essential.
