This well known, global Retail company are currently seeking a HR Consultant to join their team on a minimum 12 month fixed term contract.



You will be responsible for a range of operational and strategic HR duties, including providing advice and guidance to managers across the business relating to Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance Management and Employee Relations. You will also ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and HR compliance. You will also have the opportunity to support the design and implementation of key strategic initiatives.



This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist to join a high performing team. You will have a strong HR Generalist background with experience in both hands on and strategic HR. Experience within a Retail or fast paced industry will be highly desirable.
