This SME manufacturing business based Melbourne West are currently seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. With approximately 200 staff in Victoria, you will manage a small HR and Administration team and will report to the General Manager.



You will be responsible for all HR duties including providing HR operational advice to managers across the business, recruitment of new staff when necessary, HR compliance, ensuring adherence to HR policies and procedures and award and EBA interpretation. You will also be responsible for the day to day management of a small experienced team.



This is a very hands on HR role and you will be a solid HR generalist from a small to medium company background. You will ideally have experience in a blue collar environment and will have worked with unions and interpreted awards and EBA's.
