Located on Brisbane's Southside, this organisation provides community services and facilities to the surrounding area.



A position has become available to join their already established team as a Community Programming Coordinator on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for working with staff and third parties to deliver community programs and activities across a range of sectors such as fitness, youth engagement and indigenous engagement, promoting community development. You will liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the programs are running correctly and coordinate and undertake research to further develop programs and initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the budgets.



To be successful in this role, it is crucial that you have previous managerial experience in a similar role. You will have high attention to detail, with the ability to mentor and lead a team. Ideally you will have public sector experience and proven communication skills, both written and verbal. Alongside this, your stakeholder engagement experience and ability to build relationships will be second to none.
