This leading organisation is involved in the development of luxury residential projects backed by the financial investment of their well known clients. Due to their substantial growth in the last 3 years, they are now seeking to bring in an in house architect to assist in the construction documentation phases of their projects.



Working closely with the director, the primary charges of this role is to be able to provide detailed joinery drawings, elevations and further on be involved in the design development phases of future projects. You will work for your own developments and be able put a stamp on your own designs in Melbourne.



This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious architect to work in house for a growing organisation. You will have the opportunity to be a partner within this firm and will also have the opportunity to build your team.



To be successful, you will need to be technically competent within construction documentation phases and will have sound working knowledge of either AutoCAD or Revit. You will also have demonstrated experience in Residential projects and must have a keen eye for detail.
