The Contract Manager Building Services will focus on delivery of maintenance and minor works of a HVAC, Fire and Electrical nature in that order to some of Australia's largest retail property owners. You will oversee 3 Operations Managers who manage the engineering technicians delivering on contractual promises and service delivery levels. You will ensure this occurs, and maintain and develop key client relationships, creating additional opportunities for your team and the CAPEX side of the business. Reporting on contractual performance internally and externally, you will recommend process improvements and methodologies.
