A leading specialist insurer are seeking a senior Service Improvement Specialist to drive change and process enhancement at this highly regarded business. They are experiencing a number of new challenges within the business and are looking for an experienced individual to spot opportunities to enhance their client facing business.



This role will be providing on-going service support to various departments and teams, identifying and implementing process and quality improvements, engaging with stakeholders, relationship management with internal groups and external vendors, project coordination and change management to ensure a high level of service delivery by the teams and initiatives are delivered on time.



Ideally you will have worked within a contact centre environment reporting on Contact centre call trend and customer experience analysis and data, project management, managing a variety of tasks with tight deadlines and pro-actively managing changes.



This is a fixed term contract starting asap 3-4 months, $160k pro rota plus super working 37.5 hours a week.
