A contract opportunity has become available for a driven operator to assist a leading utilities company in coordinating and providing advice for the panning and technical aspects of their acquisition projects.

Using your understanding of acquisitions and development you will coordinate and manage land acquisition and easements, monitor and process new and existing developer activities within developer time-frames and harmonise complex developer projects within the e-Developer Systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hard working, well-respected team and ongoing projects within a diverse multi-site portfolio.



In order to be considered for the role you will have a thorough understanding of property paralegal processes and risk relating to property transactions and regulations. You will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem solving as well as the ability to research and consider a variety of options.



Ideally you will have experience in negotiation and communication with property professionals, owners, developers and previous experience working as a planning consultant or surveyor. This role would also suit someone with previous experience within an assistant development manager role with exposure across land subdivisions.
