Hays Accountancy and Finance is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established medium sized business in Swindon. The company require an experienced Assistant Accountant for this post.



* AP and AR processing within SAP

* Supplier statement reconciliations

* Project Sales

* Project release and the management of the associated documentation in line with document retention policies.

* Management and processing of Time sheets within SAP

* Petty cash management.

* Expenses management

* VAT return

* Intrastat reporting

* Balance sheet reconciliation

* EC VAT reclaims

* Business process development, and documentation. Business administration support



The successful candidate will ideally be AAT qualified or studying CIMA or ACCA with relevant experience in the above areas
