Senior Site Manager

Senior site manager required to oversee the construction of a new build Bespoke luxury house in the Sevenoaks area. The House will be a 13000 sq/ft Traditionally built property with a large RC frame basement. Currently at Groundwork stage the scheme has a 10 month build programme which includes a swimming pool and tennis courts.



As Senior site manager you will be No.1 on site reporting to the Construction Director. You will have full operational control of the project and be responsible for Short term programming, Quality control, Sub-Contract Co-ordination, Health & safety, Client liaison and generally ensuring communication flow between the various interested parties.



Due to the nature of the project interested candidates will need significant Site management/project management experience in the construction industry and also have worked on new build high-end units previous. SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are Essentials.



This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a hi-end scheme from start to finish, the role will last for the duration of the project at least making it an extremely stable position too. This is an immediate need with the successful applicant expected to start within the next 2 weeks at the latest.
