Permanent Estimator required by Croydon based Main contractor specialising in Refurbishment & fit out projects. Based in the Greater Croydon area with approximately 15 current live projects, works are typically in the 300k - 2.5Mill range and are predominately Internal fit out refurbishment projects for the private commercial sector.



Working as the sole full time Estimator you will join a commercial team of 6 assessing incoming enquiries, splitting out the packages and then requesting quotes from subbies to help build a price for tender return. No specific estimating software experience is required other than Excel but interested candidates will need a clear successful background in a similar role with either a general main contractor or fit out specialist.



This is a great opportunity to work for a rapidly expanding contractor with a retained client base and good sector specific reputation. With an easily accessible office with good parking and easy access to the M25 it's also a good option for those trying to avoid the daily commute into London.
