Sales Development Manager

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Development Consultant based from my clients office in Gloucester.



As a Sales Development Consultant you'll be a vital link between my clients Head Office and their agencies. You'll work in a growing area of the organisation where you'll have a real opportunity to shape and develop the future of sales within the business.



Working closely with the agencies in your region, you'll advise on everything from new business opportunities and retention strategies to marketing and cross-selling.



You'll understand each individual agency allowing you to work with them to develop realistic sales and marketing plans, and get involved in new and existing business sales.



To apply for this role You'll be able to demonstrate a proven track record of sales success through your ability to drive and motivate sales teams, you will be able to prove how you can add real value in the development and application of these

Possessing first class relationship building and communication skills you will be at home in front of all types of customer



Ideally you will have the ACII qualification or be willing to work towards this, graduate level or equivalent professional qualification preferred with a minimum requirement of 5 GCSEs at Grade C, to include Maths and English.
