Leading Bank is urgently seeking the talents of multiple Business Architects to join the Business Architecture team in delivering the target operating model design.



The successful candidate will develop models and maintain the target and transition state operating models: Manage the development of TOMs, route maps and other architectural assets, working closely with business colleagues and IT architects through the lifecycle stages to understand the change and its impact on the whole organisation.



The candidate applying MUST have the following:



· Experience in the design and implementation of tactical and strategic business solutions

· Proven experience working on change in one or more aspects of an operating model (people, process, data, technology, organisations

· A proven ability to address scope and design issues and key design questions to progress these to resolution, through collaborative working with a wide range of stakeholders

· Proven ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment

· Well developed management skills, including the ability to raise and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner and delegate responsibilities where appropriate

· Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with a diverse set of stakeholder groups

· Proven ability to operate and influence effectively at all levels, in a complex and diverse stakeholder environment

· A track record for delivering relevant, tangible outputs of a high quality standard.

· Financial Services experience is required for this role
