This exciting 10 month fixed term contract position supports the Group General Manager and Commercial and Sales Development Manager of an organisation based in Sydney's CBD.
The key function and responsibilities of this role is to support and assist in the coordination of all projects and courses run by the Group Commercial and Sales Development team. This includes but is not limited to the upkeep of the team project plan, the development and maintenance of course presentations and modules, reports, organisational charts and e-learning courses.
You will also be responsible for keeping updated supporting materials, presentations and proposals used in training programs around the globe. You will manage the administration, coordination and implementation of courses or training programs working in conjunction with staff based overseas. You will investigate and help develop appropriate internal e learning courses.
You will be organised and have an ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. You will have sophisticated communication skills which enable you to clearly and effectively articulate yourself with complete accuracy. To work in this fast paced environment this position demands an exceptionally high level of attention to detail and quality in all work that is performed.
Advanced computer literacy particularly with MS office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is essential. Experience working with MS Visio is highly desirable. Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded as would previous experience working in a sales environment.
