This reputable bank has a job opening in their Singapore HR team for a compensation and benefits specialist.



Reporting to the Head of Compensation and Benefits, you will be responsible for salary bench marking, putting together compensation packages, participating in salary surveys, and advising on corporate benefits available to employees.



The Role:

• work closely with internal stakeholders to analyse market trends in compensation and ensure competitiveness


• advise on rewards and benefits


• work on HR projects such as salary surveys, annual pay reviews, and bench marking exercises
  
  
  
  The Requirements:


• Degree holder


• minimum 3-5 years of compensation and benefits experience, preferably from financial services


• ability to work in a fast-paced environment
