Hays Property is recruiting a property or asset manager who has experience within Auckland or New Zealand market place.



This vacancy has been created to supplement their existing work force and will manage high profile projects in the Auckland region.



Projects

The work portfolio includes large infrastructure and capital works projects and candidates must have good experience of acquisitions and disposals. Communication and negotiation skills are essential as the successful candidate will need to mediate and interact with various groups of people. The property portfolio is varied and will include in-house stakeholders, residential, commercial, public and private landlords.



Previous experience of dealing with local authorities and familiarisation of the Public Works Act would be advantageous.



This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in long-term, high level projects with support and additional training if necessary.
