My client is a prestigious financial institution with a wide global reach. Due to internal promotions, this firm is now actively seeking an experienced benefits specialist to join its regional team at AVP or VP level, depending on level of experience.



This role will entail acting as the subject matter expert for employee benefits. You will be the point of contact for complex and delicate questions concerning rewards and benefits at various stages of the employee life cycle. Prior experience working in a consultancy environment advising clients on bespoke benefits solutions would be ideal for this role.



This role would suit an individual looking to move their expertise into an in-house environment and either build on or gain managerial experience.



Whilst no travel would be required on a regular basis for this role, your scope of work will be regional and you will need to have excellent cross cultural communication skills to fit into this fast paced environment.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in employee benefits and/or bespoke pension schemes experience gained in an APAC context. You must be degree educated and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
