Focusing on glasses-free 3D display technology solution, this local company develops not only leading edge technologies but also their own 3C devices equipped with glasses-free 3d display screen. To build a well-recognized brand image and to enhance their product reputation, they are now seeking a Marketing Manager for their Beijing Office.

As an experienced Marketing Manager, you will identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share, defining market, competitor's share, strengths and weaknesses; you will be responsible for tracking marketing campaign financial and performance effectiveness, providing recommendations for action, and contributing to knowledge sharing of information with other groups; also you need to work with Marcom and Digital Marketing team to drive sales leads, Work with market development manager and sales team to improve sales conversion, work with cross functional teams to develop and implement segment focus strategy when needed, improve product packaging; coordinate new product development.

Master Degree (or above) in Marketing or related discipline is needed to be a qualified candidate; you will have at least 7 years of working experiences as marketing manager, with strong communication and influencing skills; also you will have proven records on developing and implementing marketing campaigns, exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin (especially Word and PowerPoint)
