BASED IN JINAN, SHANDONG



The Chinese multinational automotive manufacturing company locates in northern China with five main businesses segments, also is an important company as well as leading equipment manufacturers in the global market. To continue their success, they are seeking a Legal Director in Jinan, Shandong.



As legal director, you will serve as the head of the corporate legal team at headquarter with full leadership responsibility. You should coordinate with and assist external legal counsel in various States in China or abroad, such as overseas M&A. you will also responsible to document and contract drafting, negotiations with external parties and supervision of the legal team as well as external legal advisors in matters requiring external specialist support.



A qualified candidate should have at least 8 years related working experience in large cooperation or groups. Experience in overseas M&A project; Good people management skill; large corporate counsel in law firm or corporate legal experience is required. This candidate should have PRC or overseas legal professional qualification certificate. Master degree or above, major in law related. Good command of English is a must.
