Apple E-Business Services team is seeking an outstanding Portal Lead to implement innovative and scalable Portal solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a self motivated, enthusiastic, result oriented person to provide innovative and creative solutions.



Key Qualifications

• Strong expertise in end to end portal stack and technologies like Weblogic and WebCenter.

Description



Provide Portal solutions using J2EE, and other technologies.

Work with various Apple IS&T groups as well as business community to gather and review requirements.

Drive optimal solution design collaborating with architects, application developers and cross-functional teams.

Develop and implement scalable, high performing solutions.

Lead and coordinate different projects at the same time ensuring that committed timelines are met.

Work with operations and support teams to ensure high quality production systems.



Education



BS degree in computer science or equivalent field with 8 years IT experience and 6 years of J2EE development experience.



Additional Requirements



Experience in web technologies like HTML, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON CSS and Angular JS.

Master level expertise in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate and Struts.

Hands on experience in working with Weblogic server and familiar with the setup and configuration.

Experience in WebCenter suite of products and ADF development background

Hands on experience in providing and consuming services using REST, SOAP and JSON

Hands on experience in Unix, Oracle and non-relational database like MongoDB

Demonstrated ability to deliver business critical portals with high complexity

Proven ability to manage projects with on-time delivery.

Experience in content management and video streaming

Worked in Agile development methodology

Supply chain background is preferred

Exposure to middleware tools like webMethods, Web Sphere or Tibco is a plus
