Dealing with a portfolio of predominantly entrepreneurial OMB clients, but including some large corporates and groups, you will be responsible for advising companies and shareholders on a range of tax issues including a lot of transaction tax advice. Staff development/management, business development and client meetings/presentation will also be part of the role.
