An exciting opportunity has arisen within a small private Australian healthcare company for a bright, bubbly Receptionist/Administrator to join their team.
You are an experienced, well presented, highly organised Receptionist/ Administrator. You will be meeting and greeting clients, so a high level of presentation and customer service is required. You will be responsible for answering the phone, booking meeting rooms, ensuring reception is kept clean and tidy, maintaining stock levels and ordering stationery, organising couriers whilst also providing support to the Senior Personal Assistant with the overflow of their work.
Working closely with the Senior PA you will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly. As Administrator your duties will entail; organising mail, managing stationery & office supplies and formatting documents. In addition you will be involved in data entry and filing using MYOB systems.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 2010 is required.
