An innovative, high performing vocational education provider is looking for experienced professional customer retention coordinator to join their growing team. You will work in a new and exciting company and will be tasked with motivating students towards success.
As a Student Retention Coordinator you will be working in an inbound/outbound call centre environment providing high level support focused on retaining students who have dropped off or signalled withdrawal from their course work. You will work across specific courses within Business Management, HR Management, Project Management, and Beauty Therapy to name a few.
Ideally, you will have a diploma in the specific field; however relevant work experience is essential, previous experience in retentions based roles would be highly advantageous. You will be expected to provide high levels of customer service and administrative support to clients who will have varying queries from course information to technical support.
To be successful, you will ideally be outgoing and not afraid to engage people, you will be adept at questioning, highlighting benefits and gaining commitment.
You will also have outbound centre experience, be a team player, have excellent verbal communications and have the right attitude and passion.

This is a full time role based in Northern Sydney, however due to continued growth it is likely to relocate to North Sydney very soon.
