I'm working exclusively with a market leading commercial contractor with a turnover in excess of $200m + across the new build industrial and retail sector, successfully delivering projects up to $60 million.



With an outstanding portfolio of repeat blue chip clients they have a strong secured pipeline of work for 2015; they now require an ambitious contract administrator to join the growing team.



Your responsibilities will include procurement of sub contractor and suppliers, sub contract letting and management, negotiations and preparations of contracts, progress claims and variations, manage and track project expenditure.



You will be degree qualified within a construction related field along will have 3+ years experience working as a Contract Administrator on new build commercial projects up to $50 million. You'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills.



This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious contract administrator looking to take the next step in their career and become a senior member within this successfully growing contractor.
