Forecasting Planner

Our client, a large, Big 4 national Bank, are on the look out for a mathematical modeller to operate in the capacity as a forecasting planner for a 3-6 month contract.



The responsibilities for the role include build a SLA model (source data; analysis and model construction) to forecast the expected SLA for a given month based upon forecasted volumes and resource availability. Engage with key stakeholders to understand the business processes and then present final findings and model



For this role, you will be required to have a PHD or masters degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field. Experience in building predictive models in Operations environment, Financial Services experience would be preferable as well as strong experience in SQL and VBA. Be able to problem solve, with excellent communication skills



This role is to start around ASAP and will run for at least 3 - 6 months.
