Due to recent project wins, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager to join their growing business.



In this role as a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with owners and subcontractors, qualifying and contracting subcontractors to bid specific trade items, budget management, development and management of all project documentation, monthly reconciliation reporting to senior management, and overseeing junior project staff.
