Global Segment marketing Operations manager

San Francisco Bay Area, US - Computer Software

• Using industry best practices (i.e., from Sirius Decisions), lead the Software Marketing team to achieve marketing excellence across the organization

• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Operations function to ensure our m arketing infrastructure (such as Eloqua and the Target Builder database) supports our goals of agility and velocity

• Working with Global Campaigns, drive the strategy to ensure campaigns results, especially in digital, achieve leading results



• Supervise the development and alignment of multiple marketing strategies, value proposition and tactics to drive awareness, consideration and purchase intent for HP products/services/solutions offerings across regions

• Lead the development/deployment of program goals/benchmarks and measurement of results using appropriate marketing metrics

• Significant impact on short- and long-term revenue/share and customer relationships/loyalty • Hire/manage/develop senior individual contributors





Qualifications
Education and Experience Required:



• Business Analyst (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing or related field; Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred

• 10+ years marketing experience and/or solution development

• Experienced in managing and collaborating with virtual teams

• Prior experience in managing a global team

• Marketing operations, segment marketing, sales operations and/or program management experience



Knowledge and Skills Required:



• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build, manage and influence high-performing teams

• Mastery knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools (such as Sirius Decisions, Eloqua and Salesforce.com)

• In-depth understanding of cross-geographic competitive environment

• In-depth knowledge industry, segment, commercial and consumer large accounts

• Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills

• Excellent negotiating skills

• Ability to interface effectively with executive management and functional disciplines

• Excellent influencing, consensus-building and conflict resolution skills
