Security professionals apply deep security skills to design, build and protect enterprise systems, applications, data, assets and people for Accenture and our clients.



Job Description



Security and Risk professionals develop and deliver solutions that protect enterprise systems, applications and data by establishing policies, practices and tools that prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, modification or disruption.



Identity and Access Management professionals design and deliver solutions for establishing system user's credentials and processes for applying those credentials to access enterprise systems and applications.



Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.



Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.



Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accentureon matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.



Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.



Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.



Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture



The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in the design and/or architecture of complex security


• Minimum of 7years hand-on experience with configuration, integration and customisation of IAM technologies.


• Experience IT Security: CA SiteMinder and Identity Minder (Identity and Access Management), Security Architecture, IAM, OAAM


• Broad understanding of information security and risk management concepts, standards and controls.


• Strong consulting skills and ability to communicate with business and technical stakeholders.


• Ability to understand clients’ business problems and provide innovative and relevant solutions to those problems.


• Experience with delivering solutions using a structured methodology.


• Strong ambition and drive to deliver an outcome.


• Willingness to travel.


• Bachelor’s degree


• Strong oral and written communication skills


• OAM 11g, OIM 11g, OIF 11g, Web Services, OES 11g, OHS


• Certification in any of the following will be highly regarded but not essential to be successful in the role: CISSP, CISA, CISM.

Typical responsibilities include:-

• Capture business, functional and technical requirements for IT Security: CA SiteMinder and Identity Minder (Identity and Access Management) projects


• Design and architect solutions that cover the people, process and technology aspects of IAM


• Configure, customise and integrate commercial off-the-shelf IAM products in a client environment


• Participate in testing and deployment of IAM solutions in a client environment


• Provide technical support and trouble-shooting of IAM solutions


• Participate in the preparation of proposals and reports for clients


• Assist with development of work plans and day-to-day management of project activities


• Identify opportunities for additional security work within existing engagements
