Senior Facilities Manager

Hong Kong, HK - Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate



Hays Facilities Management is looking to hire a Senior Facility Manager for a dynamic and forward thinking global organisation, to be based in their Hong Kong office.



You will be responsible for managing all facilities within the office including space management, desk and office moves, operational cost analysis, budgeting, cost tracking, liaising with vendors and internal staff at a very senior level. You won't be afraid of hands on work and yet be confident enough to bring your own ideas to the table.



The successful candidate will ideally have worked within Facility Management for a bank, insurance company or similar financial services company. You will be fluent speaking in both English and Cantonese and able to multi-task in a dynamic but often pressurised environment. You will have excellent customer service and relationship management skills and be familiar with UPS Generator, HVAC, BMS systems and ergonomic and employee health and safety.
