As the Contracts Mobilisation Manger you will have responsibility for establishing governance and best practice procedures relating to the transition of clients and their Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management contracts. This is a critical position and will see you liaising with and influencing the Key stakeholders internally, as well as external contractors. The transition phase is often the reason for contract instability and issues. This role is positioned to ensure smooth efficient transition and effective allocation of resources is determined and implemented from the BID phase forward.



In return for your obvious expertise, dynamic approach, and make it happen attitude, you will have the opportunity to work for a global CRE organisation which is looking to you to provide leadership and innovation in transitioning their contracts. You will be in an incredibly influential position and the remuneration of circa $200K reflects the importance this organisation is placing on this dedicated management position. You will have the choice of basing yourself in either Sydney or Melbourne however you will travel interstate and occasionally internationally to ensure excellence is achieved and you are directing the resources appropriately.
