This not for profit organisation works with a range of departments in North Queensland, specifically in the functional independence area of the community. They exist to deliver high levels of service, people, and care to this industry.



Due to a change in staffing, they now require an experienced and accomplished CEO to manage operations from their Townsville office.



In order to apply for this role, you must have proven management experience at an executive level, preferably in the community, health or domestic assistance areas. Demonstrated success in running a similar organisation is crucial to your success in this role, as well as strong credentials in change management, personnel management and budgeting. You will have a successful background in conflict resolution, and have demonstrated ability to lead change and growth within an organisation, with prior experience in facilitating the expectations of a CEO within a not for profit company. Relevant experience or a degree in business, administration or human resource management is essential.
