This public sector Government department manages a large range of state wide initiatives.



Due to team movements, an experienced Training and Development Officer is required fulfil an immediate, temporary position for 6 months, with potential extension.



Reporting to the Training Support Manager, you will be required to develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and support material for business divisions. You will facilitate training for small and large groups, around Brisbane and throughout Queensland. Along with coordinating training programs, you will be required to analyse and modify training material as required.



To be considered for this position, you must have extensive experience facilitating and developing training, ideally within a school or education environment. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills and high level verbal and written communication. Experience using the OneSchool Program is essential.



Intrastate travel is required for this position.
