This leading organisation has a long standing stable employee base and are an employer of choice in the South East. As a customer focused organisation they pride themselves on their first class service delivery.



Due to internal changes, an experienced Senior Organisational Development Consultant is required to join the team to commence in the New Year.



Reporting to the OD Manager, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of the talent development and leadership development programs. You will update current material and use your experience to offer advice and support to the business regarding the development and management of current talent as well as succession planning. You will use your excellent relationship building skills to influence behavioural change in line with OD strategies as well as facilitate and deliver workshops, forums and discussions with key people across the organisation.



To be considered for this role you will ideally be degree qualified in HR, Change or Psychology and have a solid understanding of organisational design and talent management. You should be immediately available and have experience of working autonomously, project managing deadlines. In return you will work in a large HR team where you can impact significant change.
