 Develop functional specifications based on user requirements; plan, design, develop, test applications; coordinate required activities with other teams for testing and deployment.

 Develop and support process enabling tools for internal and external customers.

 Provide pro-active solutions, preventing recurring of similar problems.

 Application development consultation (responding to requests for technical proposal and resource estimation)

 Application life-cycle management (version upgrade, bug-fixes, minor enhancements, code optimization)

 Application customization (to support new/changes in business process)

 Provide 3rd level application support (responding to incidents/problems/requests/queries/perform root caused analysis)
