INTRODUCTION TO ROLE



As a Software Engineer you will join an industry-leading organization and get engaged in the full lifecycle development of the most advanced products and services solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with a global product team for software debugging, development and release management during the full product lifecycle. Aligning with HP’s technical career path, HP offers you both vertical and horizontal growth in engineering, IT, and services.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES









· Design and develop software applications, such as utility programs and general application software.



· Work with the user to determine needs and create software to meet user's needs.



· Modify existing software to fix problems, optimize functioning and enable its use on new hardware platforms.



· Perform testing and validation of software systems to ensure that applications work properly.









QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1. Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Information System, Software Engineering or equivalent
  
  
  
  2. Solid OO programming skill in Java or C++
  
  
  
  3. Strong knowledge and experience in Computer Networks and Operating Systems
  
  
  
  4. Familiar with Python script language is a plus
  
  
  
  5. Can do attitude, self-driven, customer oriented, quick learner
  
  
  
  6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  
  
  
  7. Good oral and writing English
