This State Government Department are actively seeking an experienced Social Media Expert to join their established, friendly team based on Brisbane Southside.



A position has recently become available to join their team in a Social Media manager capacity. Within a small team, you will be able to work autonomously to plan, implement and evaluate the social media projects, establish benchmarking for the departments campaigns to ensure they are effective alongside having the ability to interpret and report on social media data to maximise the effectiveness of the projects.



To be successful in this role you will be a Social Media expert with experience and knowledge of all the major forums, including Facebook and LinkedIn. Previous experience in this capacity within a government environment will be highly beneficial as this department is in the process of making the change to a more digital workplace. For this role it is essential that you have strong copywriting skills, with your attention to detail is second to none.
