Your New Job
Based in Lower Hutt you will be mainly focussing on the Hutt Valley area, so if you are exhausted covering a larger territory this might appeal. Your job is to drive relationships at store level and achieve sales targets for your region. It is a partnership you are fostering with your customers at both a store and regional level, so your excellent people skills will be integral. Your ability to analyse your stores, spend patterns and trends will allow you to identify gaps and increase net Sales. Your strong desire to hit targets and KPI's and exceed customer expectations will allow you to be the specialist in your field. Management of merchandisers is a must.



What it takes to succeed
Your passion and experience for FMCG, and your drive, determination and dedication to the job will be evident in your work history. And you will probably know what the following acronyms mean 5P, ROI, OOS, KPI, POP, POS. You live and breathe Territory Management in FMCG and you couldn't picture yourself doing anything else. Your high energy, likable personality, ability to listen and provide solutions for your customers will ensure your success in the job. You will have high self motivation, excellent personal presentation, well developed computer skills and a desire to succeed.
