Our client is leading Chinese bank. They are in the market looking for VP level Principle Investment candidate to join the investment team.



The suitable candidate will be responsible for originating and executing of the Company's capital investments and corporate strategic investment as well as investment opportunities from network customers and business partners of the Company, its subsidiaries or parent company; You will also be overseeing investment analysis on investment target, including industry/market analysis, SWOT analysis, and return analysis and conducting comprehensive due diligence on investment target.



To be considered this role, you will need to have

-Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in private equity / direct investment area with proven track records of successful deal origination, due diligence and execution in China and Hong Kong markets;

-Strong analytical and communication skills, and able to perform effectively with minimal supervision in a small team environment;

-Strong command of written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English;
