A reputable insurer who has been leading the industry with innovative strategies and a high performing business is looking for a Senior Manager to take up a vital role within the Regional Operational Risk team. To help drive business strategy forward, it is essential for you and the team to ensure risk initiatives are aligned with management, their people and their culture.



In this role, you will gain exposure across diverse key insurance markets while supporting ongoing development of their Regional Operational Risk Framework. You will take on a key role in oversight, advisory and training of Operational Risk initiatives with the objective to encourage a strong and enduring risk culture.



To be successful in this role, you will have 10+ years of operational risk or audit experience with prior exposure in implementing risk and controls. You need to be a proactive, self-driven and an analytical thinker with ability to make things happen. You will demonstrate natural talent in developing trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
