Job Description

Change Management professionals provide knowledge and experience related to the skills, structures, tools and support mechanisms needed to manage change and to foster an environment conducive to sustaining that change.



A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Identifying client opportunities – with existing and/or new clients

· Bringing new ideas to clients



· Developing strong business relationships with clients



· Proactively managing client and Accenture work requirements



· Supporting the development of change management strategies and plans, including work management plans, to deliver the required business outcomes on time and in budget



· Developing and delivering all change management activities required to support successful implementation of a project



· Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the change program is pragmatic and business-led



· Developing business readiness approaches/plans and measuring outcomes from readiness activities



· Supporting the development and implementation of project deployment activities



· Assessing the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives implemented and providing direction/action plans as required.



· Developing and implementing business transition activities



· Managing medium-sized teams, client and/or Accenture



Qualifications:




  • Minimum Requirement: Bachelor Degree






Basic Qualifications:




  • Minimum 3 years’ Change Management experience

  • Must be able to travel, as project work is conducted on client premises

  • Experience and aptitude to work within demanding project environments

  • Experience in working within a Change Management methodology

  • Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and/or work effort within a consulting organisation or industry






Professional Skill Requirements




  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to negotiate and influence to achieve a successful outcome

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pragmatic business solutions

  • Ability to work effectively with ambiguity, being flexible to change approach/direction, as required

  • Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Powerpoint and Excel
