Supply Chain Specialist with Italian (Temp)

Apple’s Channel Business in EMEIA is expanding. To support this growth we need a highly motivated individual who can build and develop the relationship with our Channel Reseller Partners. The team identifies and analyses demand trends, and works with internal teams (such as Sales, Supply Planning & Logistics) to manage the replenishment process for our customers. This role a temporary position that is suitable for individuals who thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and evolving environment and who have strong analytical, forecasting/ planning and account management skills. We are looking for ambitious individuals who have knowledge of the Order Cycle Execution Process

Fluency in European languages is an advantage

Advanced Excel

Knowledge of ERP systems / SAP

Key Qualifications:

•Strong numeracy and analytical skills

•Practical approach to problem solving and process improvement

•Excellent communications & negotiation skills

•Ability to build effective relationships in a cross-functional team environment

•Flexibility and prioritisation of key daily & weekly tasks

•High attention to detail & ability to work to tight deadlines

•Fluency in Italian and/or Spanish

Description:

Build and maintain effective working relationships with both Channel reseller Partners and internal departments

Hold regular Business Operations calls and Account Reviews with each Reseller Partne

Ensure that all customer requests are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner

Fully understanding the Resellers demand and optimal inventory targets, and using this to work with the Channel Reseller Partners to derive a clear demand statement/forecast

Manage execution of the Order Flow Process with Resellers partners, from Order Booking through to Delivery, to ensure optimal customer service levels are attained

Understands and is competent in the use of available operational tools

Identify potential process improvement opportunities and present them to management with recommendations

Education:

Bachelor degree in Business, Maths or Engineering

Post graduate qualification an advantage
