As a Business Consultant Utilities, you will be integrated in the existing team of consultants and perform consulting tasks with existing clients in the Utilities industry. Our approach is industry based and covers all service offerings.

Your Role:

• You analyze and document clients’ processes and business requirements for software applications;


• You construct conceptual data, business rules and process models;


• You provide business process and re-engineering support to Utilities companies;


• You facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions;


• You participate in workgroups and work sessions with business and technical consultants to explore business process improvements and re-engineering opportunities;


• You guide the client’s organization through the implementation and transformation process;


• You identify new competencies and services to be developed to improve CSC's service offering and market presence


• You facilitate in training and support marketing activities;


• You manage and guide implementations of CSC's solution framework in areas such as billing and customer care, work force management, product definition and order management, e-business and other operational support systems.


• You help shape the customer’s future vision and strategy based on a solid understanding of the challenges and evolutions in the market


• You are willing to operate at European level in the utilities sector and to gain a sound understanding of the different business challenges and evolutions in the different European countries;
