Overview

 

The Group Manager – Cross Sales Products is a new role based in our Barcelona office, with global responsibility for driving profitable growth of Vacation Products sales across the ODIGEO Group.

 

Managing a team of product experts and working closely with third parties across Hotels, Car Rentals and other partners, this position will require a candidate with excellent relationship and partner management skills.

 

The role will require daily cross-functional liaison with marketing, development and retail teams in order to set targets along key metrics and deliver initiatives to achieve those targets.

 

The candidate will have full P & L management of and responsibility for these products and as such, will need to be a dynamic operator capable of understanding market context and capabilities, setting a vision and working with teams to deliver that vision.

 

Responsibilities 

• Manage the Revenue Margin performance of Hotels and Car Rentals across Europe and globally.
• Maximise sales of Vacation Products ancillaries within the booking funnel.
• Support the head of department in delivering the overall strategy for the area.
• Manage a close relationship with third party providers across Hotels, Cars and other products.
• Work closely with Head of Marketing (Vacation Products) to manage and optimise the marketing mix.
• Ensure clear reporting, analysis and performance measurement of all of products.
• Build and maintain roadmap for future development, across geographies, marketing and product.
• Manage a team of product experts to drive maximum daily value from cross-sold products.
