Due to HR team changes, there is an exciting opportunity available for an experienced People and Capability Specialist (L&D/OD) to join the business. This is a permanent position that is available immediately.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the continual improvement of organisational development and learning initiatives and outcomes for the business. You will conduct training needs analysis and review current training practices and strategies with a view to make recommendations and improvements in order to meet current and future business needs. You will design, deliver and evaluate training programs, workshops and ensure all regulations and compliance requirements are met.
To be considered for this position, you must have worked in a similar organisational development and learning position, ideally within a large organisation. Demonstrating previous experience in design, delivery, and implementation of learning programs and organisational development strategies is required. You will have first class interpersonal and facilitation skills and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. You will also demonstrate sound knowledge of organisational development theory and possess extensive experience driving and delivering organisational improvement.
